Review of minutes for 06 Jun 2006:

- Approved.

Announcements - EIA Call for Patent Disclosure: 

- No company declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Roy merge the IQ spec into his document

Opens for new items:

- We should present the new numbering proposal at the July 25
  IBIS summit:
  - Description of new numbering system: 0 1 2 +M +S +W
    - M = measurement
    - S = simulation
    - W = waiver
  - Ask people at summit if current numbering is too entrenched.
  - Where has IQ appeared?
    - Some Micron IBIS files.
    - Roy's book
  - Maybe prepending IQ to the designation would help.
    - Examples: IQ1   IQ2S
  - Pros and cons:
    - Pro::
      - Level 0 implies "no quality"
	- Should be reserved for files not checked yet
      - Measurement and simulation are decoupled from checking.
      - Need headroom for higher levels of checking
    - Con:
      - Old system in use, although not extensively
      - Old system compatible with accuracy spec
